Do I need a card to start?
No. You get five free documents with no card. Add a plan when you are sending enough work to need one.
How do customers pay me?
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer. Card payments go through Stripe straight to your own account — we never hold your money.
Is my voice recording private?
Yes. Recordings are stored privately in your own Cloudflare account, played back through a temporary secure link, and deleted when you delete the write-up.
Can I use it for quotes as well as invoices?
Yes. Estimates work the same way, with the same voice capture, and convert to an invoice in one click when the customer says go ahead.
What about VAT?
Turn VAT on in Business Settings and set a default rate. Every line can carry its own rate, including zero-rated and reduced-rate work.
Do you charge VAT on the subscription?
Yes. Prices are £10 and £20 plus VAT at 20%, shown clearly before you pay.
